Today is a rest day so I just ran a warm-up mile before Hi/Lo class at the gym. Whew - what a class, he really worked us tonight. I was feeling pretty good today, no as sore as I thought I'd be after last night's run. However, once I started my warm-up mile I realized that my legs were pretty tired. Made it through class though - I call day 2 of my training successful! Boston, here I come! (Well, in a couple years....) |
