Work on speed! Would like a 7 min mile to be a comfortable pace.

I am flirting with the idea of running a marathon at some point (2013?).

This has been a poor month for running....problems with scheduling, weather and motivation.  I'm going to chalk this up to a mental/physical recovery month and come back strong starting Feb. 1st.  Looking forward to it!  Hopefully that niggling foot pain will have also let up with the scale back in running....
