No running as I have a (large) pain in my foot and I want to take a bit of time to make sure it heals because MARATHON TRAINING starts soon. However, I did bike hard for 30 minutes and then hit the weights. |

| | Foot pain seems to be gone so I hit the road for 5 easy-pace miles to see how it goes. The only goofy thing is that my toes wanted to cramp up later in the evening....seems to be an ongoing problem with me...not sure what the deal is. |

| | 5 miles, in the rain, in MN, in January? Why yes, I think I will! Wasn't raining when I started out but about 1 mile in to the run it began to lightly rain. And it was great. The looks on people's faces driving by me were even greater. I could see their thoughts, "Who is the crazy lady running in 40 degree weather, in the rain??" Hee hee..... |

| | This has been a poor month for running....problems with scheduling, weather and motivation. I'm going to chalk this up to a mental/physical recovery month and come back strong starting Feb. 1st. Looking forward to it! Hopefully that niggling foot pain will have also let up with the scale back in running.... |
