| | Had to hit the mill, I really hate the treadmills at our new gym - they seem really hard. I think the sidewalks are softer! Didn't do all the running I planned to, finished up on the elliptical. Worked hard though! |

Lunges, push-ups, squats, planks, etc. You know, the stuff that really works! And I like her workout plan of 3-2-1. 3 min of strength, 2 min of cardio, 1 min of abs. In case anyone was curious.... |
