| | 3.7 miles, 32 degrees, no wind. AWESOME RUN, I could have gone 'round again! Alas, homework awaits and 5am comes very early, I'm long past the ability to stay up all night and then go to work the next morning. Sweet run though....nice reminder of why I love it. |

No miles again as I was trying out a new class for my cross-training days. I've found that having one class a week that really kicks my butt is really important for my mental attitude towards running. Finally found a great class: Club Boxing Ciruit. It's tough and makes me do all the training I don't want to do on my own, plyometrics, push-ups, and ab work. Yeah! |
