| | Nice, cool run tonight. Felt good! I'm really starting to feel like I'm coming along as a runner - every once in awhile I hit my stride and feel like I'm gliding along effortlessly. Last night I had quite a few of the moments but man oh man were my legs hurting during the night. They definitely got a workout! |

| | 1.5 miles before step class, 1.5 after. He worked us during class and my legs were very heavy for the run afterwards. Then a good session on the abs. Over the winter I'm going to stop worrying about mileage and work on speed. 3 miles every run but pushing the speed a couple times a week. I'd like to come out running a 5k in under 23 minutes by spring.....totally doable, I think! |
