I am married with three kids, 2 boys and a girl. I started running in the fall of 2010 and have loved it ever since!
6.5 ugly looking miles; but it felt good to be out. For the first time in quite awhile I was out because I wanted to be and not just burning calories. I've lost a bit of conditioning though...
